2026 ISAK Youth Summer Camp: From Self to Service

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 ISAK Summer Camp. Below you will find details related to the camp including expectations, activities, and registration instructions.

Please be sure to follow the instructions to register your child. Please submit one form per child.

Additionally, a liability form must be completed at the end of this registration form.

Camper Expectations

We are excited to welcome your children to the 2023 ISAK Summer Camp, where we aim to provide a safe and enriching experience that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and positive values. To ensure that all campers have a positive experience, we have developed a code of conduct that we expect all participants to follow. Please review this code of conduct with your child and encourage them to adhere to these guidelines at all times:

Respect: We expect all campers to treat their fellow teammates, coaches, and volunteers with respect and kindness, both on and off the field.

Attendance: Campers are expected to attend all scheduled activities and events, and arrive and leave on time.

Sportsmanship: We promote fair play and discourage any aggressive or rough behavior. Children are expected to follow the rules of the game and display good sportsmanship at all times.

Discipline: We expect campers to refrain from any behavior that could be considered dangerous or harmful to themselves or others.

Cooperation: Children are expected to listen to and follow instructions from coaches and team leaders, and to work with their fellow teammates to build a strong and positive team dynamic.

Dedication: We encourage children to be committed to improving their skills and contributing to the success of the team.

Communication: We encourage open and respectful communication between children, coaches, and volunteers, and ask that children seek help or guidance when needed.

Responsibility: Children are expected to take responsibility for their own actions and behavior, both on and off the field.

Fun: Above all, we want our campers to have fun and enjoy the experience of playing sports with their peers.

Any violation of this code of conduct will be taken seriously and may result in consequences, such as temporary or permanent suspension from the summer camp. We are committed to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all campers, and we appreciate your support in upholding these standards.
