For 17 years\, AAIC has hosted the Hunger Walk to support efforts addressing food insecurity in our community. This year\, we invite you to walk with us in support of our neighbors in need. \nFood insecurity in Summit County continues to rise\, now at 14.8%\, with child food insecurity at 21%\, meaning 1 in 5 children face hunger. With ongoing funding cuts\, the need is greater than ever. All proceeds go directly to the food bank. \nAs Muslims\, giving is more than charity\, it is an act of ‘ibadah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be their charity” (Al-Tirmidhi\, Hadith 604).

To ensure that all campers have a positive experience\, we have developed a code of conduct that we expect all participants to follow. Please review this code of conduct with your child and encourage them to adhere to these guidelines at all times: \nRespect: We expect all campers to treat their fellow teammates\, coaches\, and volunteers with respect and kindness\, both on and off the field. \nAttendance: Campers are expected to attend all scheduled activities and events\, and arrive and leave on time. \nSportsmanship: We promote fair play and discourage any aggressive or rough behavior.
